The Sales & Marketing Hub is tasked with supplying all Esler Renewal locations with a steady flow of leads.
First our Marketing Department decides what advertising and lead generation activities to spend money on, and sends our creative message into the world. Once we get a homeowner to contact us, our phone salespeople work their magic. Our agents spend an average of ten minutes understanding a potential customer’s window and door problems, and explaining exactly what they should expect when we visit their home. This conversation ensures we have a precise appointment date set with enough time to examine the structure of their home, configure their custom windows and calculate a to-the-penny price that’s good for one year.
Our phone sales department speaks to every lead we generate, so we consider them an integral part of the marketing process. Our phone agents being the best at what they do can make the difference between a profitable return on marketing investments, or burning money. What’s more, our field salespeople’s and installation teams’ livelihoods depend on a perpetual stream of leads from the Sales & Marketing Hub that can be sold and installed.
We consider the process of picking up a phone call from a stranger, speaking to them with joy and respect and having them invite us into their private home after getting to know us for only 10 minutes akin to magic.
